TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ALSHECH ACADEMY

Welcome to Alshech Academy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, courses, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Alshech Academy provides users with access to a collection of online educational resources, including video tutorials, downloadable materials, and interactive learning modules, focused on religious studies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All Services and Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, are the exclusive property of Alshech Academy and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: Alshech Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any Content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Engage in any activity that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Share course materials, answers to assignments, or your account login credentials with anyone else.

Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

6. SMS and Mobile Communications

By providing your mobile phone number on our platform and giving express consent, you agree to receive text messages from Alshech Academy.

Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may provide separate consent for transactional messages (e.g., account updates, reminders) and marketing communications.

Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on your activity and preferences.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You agree that following such a request to unsubscribe, you may receive one final message from us confirming your decision.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive from us or contact our support.

7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Payment: You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase. You authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees. We work with third-party payment processors to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to keep your payment information secure.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are not available for any requests made after the 14-day period. Alshech Academy reserves the right to deny a refund if there is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALSHECH ACADEMY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALSHECH ACADEMY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect by posting the new terms on the site or notifying you via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Rockland County, New York.
